We have profoundly experienced JAPANESE PROFESSIONAL FIRST CLASS ARCHITECT consultant, experienced engineers and technicians, as well as Japanese specialist economics managers and urban development, design, business plan FS /feasibility study/, house and construction.

We offer world-class marketing research, concepts, design and feasibility study to our customers. Additionally, we have great experience with mega projects in Japan, Russia and Malaysia, as well as Mongolia. We specialize in luxury residences, hotels, resorts, hospitals, restaurants and commercial building projects.

TEPPEN ATCHITECTURE DESIGN PROCESS

Interior design is an essential part of modern architecture. Our company is the first to design in order to ensure the health and safety for all occupants of the space, including the restoration of the interior design. After that we plan for the safety, hygiene, durability, maintenance, space planning, concepts, material selection, technological research and color coordination.

We offer integrated services ranging from Landscape design together with the environment, to performance monitoring and operational management consultants. In Mongolia, the design of the Landscape is a relatively innovative sector, but is a necessary part of planning modern facilities.

Why we chose a clinic rather than a hospital: The Mongolian Medical Sector has a system of deficiencies. The standard health facilities are outdated, have less access to technology, overworked doctors, low salaries and poor service, creating a bad experience for patients. One of the solutions to this problem is to make a MEDICAL CLINIC that is properly planned and preach it.

We are working with the MEDICAL CLINIC Center for this project in collaboration with the FIRST CLASS Architect of Japan, which has been working for over 20 years and is committed to introducing the clinic to all of their systems and know-how.

TEPPEN HOUSE specialty:

It is a 100% custom made house. We will design only one-of-a-kind homes on the owner’s land, according to the owner’s hobbies, lifestyle, needs, etc. The wood structural material of the custom house is manufactured at the factory in Japan according to the drawing. Wood structural materials are assembled on site and entrusted to the owner.

About pre-cut wooden material:

Large size wood pot is designed for the purpose of preparing forests and sorted trees by special techniques, by cutting, clearing, packing, wrapping, preparing for the next step, drying and strengthening, after the introduction of advanced technology, such as the cutting-edge robot and fine cutting and excavation, to the “Pre-cut” factory.
